Treadmill

Notes

Was a little tired today and had to push myself to even get on the treadmill, let alone run. I felt fairly strong AND coordinated tonight (always a good thing). For future runs, I'm probably going to keep my speed at 11kph with a sprint at the end......I'm a little concerned about the old stress fracture in my leg and am thinking that less sprinting but more average pace would be a better idea.
