Notes

Seeing as I did last night's run okay (not necessarily "easily" but "okay") thought I'd go a little harder tonight. Started off at 12kph (instead off 11.5). Upped speed slightly to 12.5kph at 15 minute point, with the last two minutes run at 14kph. No feeling of wanting to vomit at the end, and my HR went under 100bpm four minutes into my cool down - usually it's still just above 100bpm after cooling down for five mins. Am really noticing the increase in my fitness :-)
