Didn't have time for a longer run so I ran this 20 harder than usual. Ran at 11.5kph for ten minutes, then 12kph for five minutes. Upped the speed to 14kph for 2-3 minutes, then slowed back down to 12kph for the remaining two or so minutes. Am REALLY noticing my increasing fitness levels......the hard work is paying off!!!!
