Legs were really strong tonight even though I'd felt a little 'funny' prior to running. Increased speed to 10.5kph after four minutes, then 11kph for a short period, then 11.5-12kph for the rest (except for the last five minutes which were run at 12.5kph). My HR maxed at 167 even when running at 12.5kph, which is MOST unusual. Am definitely getting fitter :-)

Might go for 30 minutes tomorrow.
