Had a fantastic tailwind up until Rosedale but it was an absolute bitch thereafter.....either a head or cross headwind for most of the way home. Even though I was dressed warmer than usual, it still took a while to warm up, and it didn't help that the temperature seemed to drop before getting to Hiamdale. Even though my HR stayed relatively low (generally around 150-155bpm), my legs were very tired and there wasn't a lot I enjoyed about this ride. The wind totally sucked ass :-/
