Decided to have a day run this time seeing as I finished work early. Walked the dogs beforehand and found my (right) ankle was a little stiff and sore, although it was better by the time I got back home. Strapped it before running and it was fine. Tried a shorter but faster workout this time: 10kph for first 4 mins, then 10.5kph for the next five mins. Upped the speed to 11kph until the 12 min mark, then ran at 12kph. Max HR was 172 (near heart attack???), but didn't feel really fatigued until the last 3-4 mins. Phew.......need a sleep now :-)
