Fitness has definitely suffered since getting sick last week. Ran at a slower-than-usual-pace but HR was still at least 10bpm above what it usually is. Stuck to 10kph for ten minutes, then 10.5 for 15, with the last 5 being run at 11kph. Max HR was 168 (eeeek) :-/
Ankle/foot strapping helped immensely with stride not being affected at all by ligament/muscle soreness. Running for 30 minutes didn't tax me as much as I thought it would (maybe my fitness isn't as bad as I thought???).
