Notes

Was initially only going to do 20 mins but ended up doing more. Bumped speed up to 10.5kph at the 5 min mark, 11kph at 10 mins, 11.5kph at 20mins (or thereabouts). Max HR was 171 but mostly stayed around 160(ish) point. Felt like vomiting when I'd finished though :-)
