First ride since getting sick last week.....and while I'm not surprised with the average, I'm still disappointed. Legs felt okay initially but felt flat once we'd turned from Glengarry. A flat tyre didn't help the situation......especially when Keith's pump broke before we could get the spare fully inflated. Grrrr.
