Notes

Was feeling a little tired before starting but that (somehow) changed once I began. Ran at 9-9.5kph for the first 4 mins then at 10kph. Had a 3-4 minute "sprint" at 11kph at the 18 min mark. Surprisingly enough, I felt a little tired and hot once I'd finished........but also felt pretty damn good. Feel as though I'm getting back to the way I was :-)
