Notes

Second run and still no problems with the knees or ankles (apart from muscle stiffness in the upper calves/back of knee area relating to Saturday's run). Started at 8kph then graduated to 10kph at 14 min mark. Stayed at that pace for 11 mins and then decreased speed to 9kph. I'll probably not run faster than 10kph because I'm concerned about more stress fractures. I need to keep in mind that I'm running to complement my cycling, and NOT for speed or PBs.
