Notes

Right ankle was a little stiff and sore and took quite a while to warm up. Started at 10kph for first five minutes, then 10.5kph until 20 minute mark. Sat on 11kph until 25 mins, 11.5kph for four mins and the last 60 seconds at 12kph. Ankle feels okay now.
