Notes

Didn't want to run too fast tonight so after warming up at 10kph for three mins, I upped the pace to 10.5kph until seven mins, then ran at 11kph. The last two mins were at 12kph. Legs felt pretty good AND coordinated. HR stayed under 160bpm until the 22 min mark (which I'm fairly happy with) :-)
