Rode halfway to Walhalla (the hill out of Tyers nearly killed me :-/) but turned back because Keith's A-fib kicked in. Rode back to his house then Nick and I went out to Glengarry and back into Tyers. I'm pretty happy with the average given we were going fairly slow when riding with Keith (and my legs are a little sore from running yesterday) :-)
