A great morning outing with M, especially given the after-effects of her Clipper Christmas party at the Andrea last night - Even though we did keep our revelry fairly moderate, I'm still glad this wasn't one of our "long" long runs on the way up towards 26.2. All stays strong, although I do have bits of tightness in my knees, but a little awareness keeps it a great experience...
