Notes

First day back resuming running. Took two weeks off after doing the Richmond half. My right hamstring got tight, but not as bad as when I ran 9 days ago. My glut and hip flexor were tight as well. I've been doing a lot of strengthening exercises and range of motion stuff. I'm hoping it helps here soon.

The route was from the parking lot at dogwood dell, down to the bottom trail and back. I'm scheduled to run 6 tomorrow so we will see. This run will either help things or it will be tight as shit tomorrow.

post run - once again incorporating some AIS. I'm doing everything else I can to get things strong and healthy so might as well. I've only been doing it for a couple of days.

Garmin Statistics - HR monitor was loose so not sure how accurate this is.
