Great long run workout down in Denver with Bret and Matt.
5 mile WU then we went straight into a 10 mi at Marathon effort + 3 mile easy cool down. A different type of workout for me, but went really well! The average for the 10 miles was between 5:25-5:30. Guess I really started to feel it once the pace got faster then 5:25/mile which was towards the end. It was mainly my legs that started to feel heavy.
