Ran at night after work. I love running in the fall but loosing daylight sucks. Picked up the pace throughout, legs felt decent, but I was about to shit myself the last couple of miles. My body isn't use to running this late and anything over 5 miles seems to be detrimental.

Strides - 6 strides working on form. Posture, cadence, quick feet, hip extension.
