Notes

Pretty beat up from the race yesterday. Felt multiple aches on the run, but overall it was good to get out there. After 3 miles there was a mixed precipitation but didn't get bad till the end. It's tough getting a longer run when I'm racing every weekend, but it's still good to go around 80 minutes or so. Motivation was a little low this week. Need to get back on the grind in the coming weeks. Track season is here!
