Notes

First 800 in 3 years. Opened up at W&M. Having issues with IT band and arch on rt foot. Didn't really know what to expect coming in. I've only done 1 track workout in three weeks, so I knew I'd be running off strength. The race went out hard and I was already towards the back. Believe I came through it 27 and 56 high at 400. Didn't realize what was going on till the backstretch of the final lap. At this point I was lactic and trying to work through it as best as possible. Thought I could go 155 off strength and probably could on another day. Oh well, it's a starting point. Need to get my hips more flexible and gluts stronger. Not powerful right now.
