Notes
I used the first 4 miles as a warm up and then ran the last 4 at around a 6:55 pace I'm trying to work on keep a good speed for a longer period of time. The more miles I run in sure the more speed I'll be able to hold for longer mileage. I felt really good out there though. I also ran an extra mile to keep my mind strong and try and teach myself to keep pushing even when I want to be finished.
