For some reason this seemed like a good idea. Met alex to do a speed workout. We both agreed it was too close to FORR so we went out for an easy 15, next thing you know I'm like hey lets go 20 so we don't have to this weekend. Very muggy for first 15 miles and then starting to get sunny and hot towards the end.
