General Aerobic with 10 by 100 m strides 2mins off.
was 20F out and I really enjoyed that. So nice to be outside again. Run felt fluid comfortable and easy for first 6 and then when I started doing the strides, i began having to work a little harder. Turns out looking back I was running the strides too fast, but its pretty hard to tell when you are not on a track.
