So, that was fun. The actual beast (Stilson Hill) is mostly in New Milford, but "The Shermanator" had a better ring to it. Actually wasn't too bad. Going down was definitely tougher, as that's a pretty rough road (especially in Kinvaras), almost like a trail, like scree with pointy marbles. The million dollar view from the top was totally worth it.
Also, on the way back up Church/Gaylord, had some tweaks of NYCM Mile 21ish calf seizures, so had to slow it way down. Body just getting used to increased load I'm guessing. Should take care there though.
Had the dive bombing flies that come with running in horse/cow country.
