I once told a friend of mine "A Runner will see an opportunity to run and take it without hesitation; A Jogger will negotiate with himself until that opportunity passes" ... I had an opportunity to get in 3 miles while Mariel was at Girl Scouts after this afternoons thunderous downpours, so I took it. Three solid miles and I even managed to time the second RJST-LP light properly amd crossed without waiting
