This is SO weird ... I had planned to get a quick three in after dropping D'Kid off at choir this evening, but I had an Errand that SERIOUSLY needed running right after that, so I had two choices: bag my run or go for a quick Time Trial of just a Mile or Two [enough to pump up the Endorphins a bit and keep my RA Log from getting too gappy] ... I elected the Short & Fast Episode. Using the "One Mile for Ever Ten Minutes Available" I did One Mile Out [to Bingo Bob's House] & One Mile Back. The weird part was that my RA Entry ALMOST a Year Ago read: "NOTE: When challenging yourself to a Time Trial, choose a course without a stoplight AND railroad crossing" .... I was fortunate enough to miss the NJ Transit Train and Only got stuck at the Stoplight.
