Almost EXACTLY the same conditions as yesterday: same clear night-time sky, same gloves, same glowy L/S [YES, I washed it!!!], changed shorts though. However, this morning I wasn't greeted by the pleasant smoky scent in the air, put the pungent aroma of skunk somewhere nearby. Either way, somehow I picked up a minute over yesterday, finishing at 8:30 pace. My goal for The Bridge 10K is right around there, so I'm feeling good about that. I've really got to get a hat though, before the mornings get seriously cold in a month or so, I'm already getting ice cream headaches
