OK, I HAD to go to the gloves this morning; nice purple ones to compliment the glowy safety yellow shirt, but thankfully no Barney or Dora on them [those are LONG gone!!!] Couldn't bring myself to wear the long pants, though. Took another shot at the hill-like street behind the house. Even though I wasn't in the woods where the REAL fireplace people live, I could certainly tell that some folks had to throw a log on to warm up for the day. Like I've said before, chimney smoke is a great scent to wake up to, just behind bacon or coffee.
