Because the weather in Rochester decided to shit all over the outdoor track once again, we were forced to run on the crappy indoor track at UR. We swapped our plans to do 6x1000m today with Saturday's plan of 14x200m.

Good workout overall, as the splits' times were nearly monotonically decreasing. Really opened up the stride on the last two. Was fun.

Lots of UR track athletes on the track. Had to be sure to stay out of their way, as well.
