Notes
We had a break in the weather. It was 65 when we left home. I rested this week; I figured I was due a rest week (also too busy). The field was extra large with high schoolers so it was difficult to get out on the narrow road. I had to knock around a few kids in the first mile. I hung on a lot better than usual for the win. Maureen won the mile and the state record was 5:43. I thought maybe I could beat it but I ran......5:43. Oh well. It was after the 5k.
