Incredible humidity; cinder block trail with loose footing; got out good, but once I hit the trail, I couldn't hold on to the pace. Ran 30 seconds slower than last year. Michelle Scott won and Maureen passed me in the last mile. I took third for $50 which covered the entry fees. Scott had to drop out because of hamstring. He hid and watched me run so I wouldn't be tempted to stop!
