1-1/2 mile warm up; Scott went with me and jogged on his hurt hamstring
First mile felt easy; I tried to be conservative; this week I did all four with full effort (not mentally bagging the last one in the middle of the mile)

Faster GROUP than last time but a little slower individual miles
If I could do 6 of these before Bowling Green that would be a good 10k workout
This is the workout I HATE to do so I know it is the one I NEED to do
