Notes
This was a great run! I took Sadie to Lake Harriet, even though it was after dark, and we had a peaceful (iPod free - for safety reasons), magical run. The only reason this isn't a ten is because my left lower calf was bothering me again. Other than that, it was GREAT!! I don't care if my pace was slightly slower than Wednesday...THIS feeling is why I continue to run. :)
