Good run!! I used the Quick Workout feature on Garmin: 3 miles, 12:00/mile pace. I stayed pretty much on track, despite the hills around my place. I had minor lower leg pain, but I plan on Sticking it like mad and hoping it doesn't get worse. Maybe my legs just need to adjust.
Lots of sheer ice and hard, icy snow to navigate. Probably helped in slowing me down.
