Back to track and try to focus on paces again. Might still feel a little of the 5k in legs. The BAA high performance team just finished before I started at Harvard Track. Glad to not be clogging up their space. This workout was harder than it looked and I was pretty much right on for paces. Always hit the watch a little late on laps. Hoping to have a good 10 days of training coming up!!

20 minutes easy

3 sets of the following:

800 @ 2:50 ( 85/400) with 1 lap jog

600 @ 2:00-2:03 ( 80-82/400 ) with 200 jog

400 @ 77 sec with 200 jog

200 @ 37 sec with 2:00-2:30 min rest ( start new set )
