ok pretty much nailed without looking at pace ever! this on very tired 70 mile week legs!! know living on edge had lisht sore left hammy need to be careful!!

20 minutes @ 6:20 pace
10 minutes of 20 sec stride - 60 sec jog
10 minutes @ 6:20 pace
5 minutes of 15 sec stride – 45 sec jog
10 minutes- “easy”
