right quad sore from compensating on left knee that kept wrenching up after mile 14 or 12 who knows. more of the top back of calf and behind knee. think it is the "biceps femoris muscle" could be damaged from pounding downhill. see if it responds in a few days. other than that i would have been able to run today and YESTERDAY!!
