Good workout - was starting to get a bit slower in the second half of the k repeats so instead of going near red line canned 2 more k repeats and went into 3 laps in and outs. After workout overall pleased and not going to beat myself up over 2k at end of marathon training cycle.

warm up 2 miles – session –cool down 14-16 minutes
A. 3 x 1000 meters ( 2.5 laps ) @ 3:32 ( 85 400) with 1:30 min rest after each
B. 5 continuous laps of:
Lap 1: 1:25-1:27
Lap 2: 1:37-1:40
Lap 3: 1:25-1:27
Lap 4: 1:37-1:40
Lap 5: 1:25 with 1 lap jog
C. 3 x 1000 meters ( 2.5 laps ) @ 3:27-3:32 with 1:30 min rest after each
D. 3 continuous laps of:
Lap 1: 1:25-1:27
Lap 2: 1:37-1:40
Lap 3: 1:25-1:27
