18 minutes as follows
5 minutes of 30 sec pick up ( 6:00 pace ) with 60 sec jog
5 minutes of 30 sec pick up ( 6:00 ) with 30 sec jog
5 minutes of 20 sec pick up ( 6:00 or faster ) with 40 sec jog
3 minutes of 15 sec pick up ( sub 6:00 pace – estimate ) with 15 sec jog
15 minutes easy cool down
