started really easy
Ran solo last 8 miles and decided not doing a fall marathon. Going for X-Country and fastest 5k of my life. Still want to pump out 80 mile weeks through summer. Just loved that track workout Wednesday night:
Mile - 5:37 (90 sec rest)
1000 - first 800 at 2:50 then 38 200
1000 - same
1200 - 85 sec laps
800 - first 600 80 sec laps then 200 38
800 - same
1000 - 85 sec laps
600 - 400 -77 then 200 -38
600- same
then 5 X150 at 25
