kinda himid but felt really good today. started the run thinking solo tempo then thought maybe could make lynnfield 5k (thought it started at 9:30) but was about 10 mins late. ran course chasing back of the packers and kept it easy tempo. felt really good. just hit splits going in and going out no water or rest.
