Cut LR to 20 as legs got really tired last 2 miles or so combined with worrying about ice/snow/slush still on the ground and moving yesterday's run to evening due to snow. 7M@MP at an avg 8:35 pace with original intent of doing 9M@MP, but slipped on a some ice last mile and almost took a spill. Too much to keep MP pace with ice/snow and worrying about the PA idiots who can't drive with white stuff on the ground. Not best LR, but that's why it's a training run and did best with abnormal weather this weekend for this time of the year. 66mpw this week heading into my 2nd peak week. 4 weeks to NCR!!! Woot!
