Absolutely cool beautiful running weather this morning at 55 degrees. 4 mile tempo with warm-up and cool-down miles. Absolutely killed tempo run with splits of 7:14, 7:14, 7:07, and 6:54. Really happy with run. Amazing what you can accomplish when the weather is a lot cooler. I'm such a cool weather runner.
