Notes

Tights/cold gear shirt/quarter zip/fleece - pretty good. A little cold going into the wind but better than the nylon pullover. Decided to just do strides. Felt strong through the last one. Left heel hurt a little at start of run, but went away quickly. R hamstring/butt was a little twingy through the latter half of the run.
