Notes
Tights/cold gear shirt/quarter zip/fleece/hat/gloves. Cold hands the whole way. Cold face the whole way. L ankle a little twingy, but not bad at all and eased off after ~ 1 mile. R knee started to ache after ~ 5 miles. Need to ice and stretch. Tried a 3 mile tempo run. 1st mile too fast 2nd mile good. 3rd mile a little slow but affected by ~ 10 sec wait for car at front of neighborhood. Good run.
