Tights/cold gear/jacket/hat/gloves. Plenty warm. R heel still bugging me. L achilles a little twingy, but settled out. A little GI (heavy stomach/gassy) ~ mile 4 - that's what I get from eating cheese and a snack 15 minutes before a run.
