Felt pretty bad before the race, I think it was either the eggs for breakfast or the peanut butter sandwich 3 hours before the race. Probably the sandwich.

When the race started, about 25m into it a crowd of people fell to the ground. I was taken down with them. By the first corner I was in last place, I think everyone behind me dnf''ed especially the guy i kneed in the back. I made a move the second lap to try to get a little back into position, I made it to to the middle of the pack and was really exhausted. From then on I made little moves, that were really just getting around slow people. With two laps to go I was in the back of the front pack of 5, but they finished strong and I really didn't have much left by that point. After the race I thought I was going to puke, but I just felt terrible until it went away.

First lap was 36 felt like a 30, second was 32.
