Notes

Pretty consistent run today. Slow but solid all the way through. I need to work on a more long term plan. I think I will probably to two week at 100% then one week at 70%. I will do that for a few cycles and see how that feels. Right now, I think that 100% is around 25 miles a week. I don't think that doing more than that will be good while I'm in a 70 hour a week class. Slow and steady. Still thinking about trying for 35 miles a week by the end of the year. Wish me luck.
