Not a good run today. I wanted to add some hills and try out the Golden Gate Bridge. I got the news that my grandfather passed away in the morning. That messed me up emotionally and I started my run out of it, dehydrated and late in the day.
I survived after getting a side ache stopping for water and dogging it for a while. Still okay time I suppose.
