With alex, pretty good workout. The first half of the work out I was think omg, there is no way we can do this. But after the first 1000 it felt pretty good. I led the 1000 meters repeats a 600 and a 800, alex lead the 200s. Because that's all he can do. Believe it. The last 200 he bitch kicked the last 100 meters, what a suprise, punk.
